Consider joining Naugatuck’s own Knitting and Crochet Guild. Knit Happens has a large range of knitters and crocheters with varied levels of experience from beginners to long time and experienced knitters and crocheters. The main goal of the group is to enjoy the company and exchange ideas, tips and most of all our enthusiasm for fiber. We share interests in knitting, crocheting, needle felting and are starting to explore spinning and dyeing as well. The guild has something for everyone and schedules frequent fiber-related trips and events. |

Our ongoing blankets for babies at Waterbury Hospital continues! Many babies have gone home with our beautiful blankets and hats. We also continue to work on the sad but loving project of creating still born baby blankets for area hospitals. The guild's stash offers beautiful colors for members to continue these projects. In addition to the ongoing baby projects, the guild is currently working on helmet liners for our troops and slippers for area convalescent homes. The guild meets every month on the 1st Saturday (3pm) and the 3rd Thursday (6:30pm) at Yarn Knit All!
